Upgrade from Multi-Master 2.0

Upgrading from Multi-Master to Key Mastery is a two step process:

1 Install and register the Key Mastery free trial
2 Run the Multi-Master conversion application

1 INSTALL AND REGISTER KEY MASTERY

To ensure absolute satisfaction prior to product purchase Security Software offers Key Mastery in a complimentary 30 day evaluation version. All features are enabled in the unregistered of Key Mastery except the facility to save files. System designs are also restricted to a maximum of 200 keys and 200 doors per file.

Once registered this becomes the full working version.

Installation instructions

• Download Key Mastery using the button above
• Once downloaded, double-click KMWin.zip to automatically open WinZip (winzip.com)
• From inside WinZip double-click setup.exe then follow the prompts
• For networks, complete the above procedure on all terminals where you would like Key Mastery installed (install server first)
• Update to the latest version
• Register Key Mastery

2 RUN THE MULTI-MASTER CONVERSION APPLICATION

As the file structure for Key Mastery is different to that of Multi-Master it is necessary to convert existing files to the new format. This is easily completed using the custom conversion application below.

Conversion instructions

• Complete a back-up of your Multi-Master files prior to completing the conversion
• Download the conversion application using the button above
• Once downloaded, double-click MMTOKMS.zip to automatically open WinZip (winzip.com)
• Choose Extract, placing the contents into the KMastery installation folder (on the server drive if networked)
• From inside the KMastery folder double-click Mmtokm.exe to run it
• Then follow the prompts that appear on screen
• Once completed you are ready to start using Key Mastery with all of your files available to you
